Exams
All students must have at least one piece of signed photo identification available.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy
All requests for withdrawal must be received by Enform a minimum of five (5) working days prior to course commencement date. Such requests must be made by phone or in writing to the Registrar in the Calgary office. Requests made on Email to registrar@enform.ca will also be accepted.

Failing to provide at least five (5) working days notice of your intention to withdraw will result in a forfeiture of 50% of the course fee (minimum $50). Students who withdraw after commencing class or who fail to attend classes without notification (No Shows) will forfeit the full course fee. Qualified substitutions will be allowed up to the course commencement date in lieu of forfeitures.

Enform reserves the right to cancel any course in which the minimum registration is not achieved, and make any changes in course content as circumstances may require. Every effort will be made to advise students by phone or mail of cancellations before commencement date.

Challenge an Exam
Enform believes the information passed on during our training is integral to learning and therefore provides little opportunity for students to challenge exams. However, exams for some courses may be challenged if the student has had sufficient training and has considerable work experience in the topic.
