Certification Requirements

Instructor Development and Certification is necessary for the evaluation of credentials and issuance of certification of instructors by Enform. The Enform Qualification Service (EQS) maintains all rights to instructor certification and maintains all certification records.

Please be aware of the following when completing the application for the Enform Certified Instructor Diploma Certificate and submitting documents to this office:

• Complete application process
• Submit certification fee
• Provide previous instructor/training experience documentation - resume
  or CV
• Provide subject matter competency documentation
• Submit Enform documentation of the Instructor Skills Workshop course or prior learning assessment documentation (Enform Instructor
  Training records)
• Submit instructional audit documentation - if available
