We also provide a wide range of educational services including consultations, computer labs, meeting facilities, and more. We want to deliver training that meets your specific needs. Education and training programs offered through Enform are flexible and adaptive to the needs of individual employers. Customized training courses include facilities use at Enform campuses, but could also be delivered in other formats including at the business, off-site, instructor-led, online courses and blended techniques.

Safe Practical, Real Equipment, Hands-on Training
Our unique, world class Nisku campus has working equipment used in all areas of the petroleum industry. Learn the theory behind a particular operation or piece of equipment in one of our 15 classrooms, then suit up in the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and step outside to see that equipment in operation or be trained to operate it by one of our field experienced instructors.

Instructional Training Design

Why Customized Training
Customized training allows you to determine when and where the course will be delivered. You have the opportunity to include your own material into the curriculum as you work with Enform instructors. You save travel costs and avoid information overload when your employees can get two to four hour sessions delivered locally four times a week versus a full, two day event in the nearest city.

What are the minimum and maximum numbers of people needed for a customized class?
There is no set number of people required for a course. We have delivered very small classes for such topics as H₂S Alive®, Oil Production Operator, and First Line Supervisors Blowout Prevention. Most soft-skills classes where skill practices are encouraged such as leadership and communication, conflict resolution, and team building are more effective with at least six people and a maximum of 20.
