Enform Certificates - Your Key to Work
As you know, Enform certificates are required on most oil and gas job sites. Please keep them with you at all times. If you misplace them, please let us know, well work with you to get them replaced as quickly as possible. Please use this form to order a replacement certificate. For security reasons, we cannot give out certificate numbers.

Cancellation and No-show Policy
Enform reserves the right to cancel any course in which the minimum registration is not achieved, and make any changes in course content as circumstances may require. For more information, see Enform's Cancellation and No-show Policy

Challenge an Exam
In certain circumstances, Enform will allow you to challenge an exam either to renew your certification or to retry the exam after an unsuccessful attempt. This is not available for all courses. Please consult the course description or call us at 1 (800) 667-5557 to discuss your options.
